20 slide show of painting window frames for Drew Brennan.  I believe that a past painter of the house painted the window frames with laytex paint, without properly preparing the surface for the paint.  Substrate failure resulted with lots of the darker grey colored paint peeling off.  I first scraped the frames with my 5 in one scraper, then sanded the frames with 120 grit sandpaper.  Then washed the frames with water and detergent.  Then applied no sand a bonding agent.  Within the window of opportunity of the no sand application then applied priimer.  Finally two finish coated the frames.  Each frame got the full treatment.  This window frame coating will not have substrate failure.  I think that there was like 50 some odd windows.
