Emptied out the Garage, covered garage floor contents with plastic for protection from the elements. Scrubbed garage floor twice with stiff scrub brush and industrial strength de-greaser. Pressure washed the garage floor
Ground down rough cement spots with angle grinder. Caulked seams and cracks. filled pits and large holes with mortar. Sanded entire floor surface with 80 grit sand paper with pole sander to give tooth or surface preperation to the previously epoxied floor surface. Broom swept and then vacuum swept floor. Hand mopped entire floor with high quality marine sponge to remove as much as possible any particle contaminates.
Fan dried the garage floor. Applied industrial high gloss epoxy to the garage floor. Sprinkled decorative flakes as progressing with the epoxy finish. Blocked off the garage and allowed to dry overnight. Next day cut in around the edges. Restored garage contents. Voila! a beautiful high gloss industrial epoxy finished garage floor.
