                    We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: Furnish labor, material, and equipment to paint the exterior of the residence located at the above address as follows: Soak the house, walkways, porches, driveway, fences, decks with bleach and detergent solution then pressure clean. Scrape all previously painted exterior surfaces to remove loose, blistered, flaking, cracking, paint. Sand problem areas to smooth the finish and apply tooth for adhesion. Spot prime all problem areas and bare wood. Caulk split seams and areas where needed. Coat the block with Thompsons clear oil based water treatment to serve as primer and masonary surface conditioner. Paint to be Gliddens premium 100% acrylic laytex exterior paint, body in flat and trim and doors in semi gloss. A 3 color: Body, Trim, doors, and a fourth color choice for the front and back porches. Deck coating with Gliddens Porch and Deck enamal in color of customers choice. Complete exterior pressure cleaning and painting. Aluminum colored aluminum window frames are not to get painted. Front and back porch area ceilings to get coated except the factory finish awning in the back not to get coated.                                    
     Listed optional repairs that are recomended. Right side fascia board is rotten and a small section needs replacing. Rear left side soffit boards a couple of sheets that are very drooping need to be replaced. The gutter in the left rear is all bent down with the nails loose, needs to be bent up and nailed up. Repairs to get primed caulked and coated.
